3.45,3.73,or 3.91 rear gears

Looking into gear set for a jre performance rear end. Ill be making 800 rwhp not seeing a lot of track time if any mainly will be cruise car with the 40/20 to 140/160 roll (professional driver closed course:laugh:). I know with bigger power cars you don't want that much gear so what have you guys ran or have experience with.

3.45 with a supercharger. The first gear is pretty short already in the car and raising higher gear will make it wrap out faster.

For a cruiser application at that power level I would stick with 3.45.

If you are wanting to maximize the acceleration and minimize the number of shifts for a particular "race" from/to certain speeds, I'd run this gear calculator to determine your needs...http://www.f-body.org/gears/
