Header difference Stainless works / Stainless power
Hi guys,
maybe its just a simple answer, but i dont get the difference between these headers: Stainless Works Headers with cats CA10HDRCATST and Stainless power SPCA11HDRCATST. My exhaust system is nearly hear, and now im really thinking about the headers. Where is the difference between these 2 headers? Its only the warranty? Which one would you buy/prefer?:help: |
One is made overseas and has I think a two year warranty. Other is made in the US with a lifetime warranty.
|
thx, but is there a difference in performance, fitting to manifold, e.g.?
or its just that they produce it in Fareast? |

Go with the lifetime warranty .. Obviously somethin made overseas with a two year warranty can't nearly be as reliable. Do it right or don't do it at all that's how I think

I'd like some input too. I'm considering the stainless power also. Love to hear from someone that actually has them installed. The price difference does make them really tempting.

Here ya go guys, Jannetty has already scoped these Stainless Power Headers out, and from what I've read, he gives his seal of approval....

Well i hope the stainless powers are good. I have a set in route to the house from maryland speed as we speak. I will let you know what i think about them when i get them.
|
Thanks for the input! Look forward to hearing your take when they come In lightner75. Plus be sure how the install goes.
Thanks! |
I think I would rather pay a little more to have something made in the US with the lifetime warranty. That is just my opinion though.

Headers
I was asking the same question a couple weeks ago. Go with the Stainless Works. I just installed them on my car and feel spending a little extra is worth it. Nicely built headers. Jason @ Juiced motorsprts gave me a hell of a deal.
|
So which one is knock off brand works or power. Cuz I got sent to me a deal for 675 shipped for stainless power so to me sounds to good to be true.

RS Speeddriver, look at Speed Engineering headers too.... they are like $300 and have great reviews (although some on here will bash them despite not ever owning them).
