I noticed in the Car and Driver issue featuring the Z/28 it says "it gets stainless tri-y headers".... are they using these?

Pricing has not been announced yet.

Oh man, these are gorgeous and those gains are impressive. Tempting to make a switch, I've been happy with my stainless works though.
|
I am very interested in a set of these. Can you PM me when they are avaliable and when pricing will be released.
Thanks. |

Im going to start a thread "FS: JBA LONGTUBES W/ OFFROAD PIPES" |
So I subbed I need to see more on these. My memory is hazy as to the advantage to Tri-Y style headers.
I hope they are reasonable so later this year when I am looking for headers they are a legit option for me. I'm all about the TQ... IIRC this design is good for TQ. Off to Google I go. |
Was going to pull the trigger on headers next Monday, would really like to know when these will be available.
|
Would they make a 2"-3" connector option?

Could be off base though. I could swear I heard/read that somewhere. It sounds crazy when you say it out loud though. Sent from my DROID RAZR HD |
Oh wait your talking about the Pfadt headers... my bad. I was talking stock GM.

Well they sure look nice. Can someone help a novice out and explain how/why they are different than something like Stainless Works or Kooks?
