Check out Coatings USA. They're kind of far out in Front Royal, but they did an amazing job with ceramic coating my headers. Inside and out:

Extremely nice folks too. They came in on Saturday twice so I could drop the headers off, and to pick them up.

How's the quality/price? Been thinking of stopping here and getting my calipers done.

They did my valve covers for $150 and my coil springs(4) for $160.

Seemed a tad high to me, but I have ever had anything powder coated so nothing g to compare to.

Quality was very good. Will use them again, as they(powder coaters) are hard to come by.
