Huh Baymont told me otherwise so I just booked using the group rate. And they said 99 for the double too when your OP says 109 :iono:

Cool... and thanks for the info. They were supposed to lower it, but I never heard back. The OP says 109. I'll change it.

All these hotels have different rules etc. Just read the fine print or ask if you think you might have to cancel.

Yea I was going to do that but the front desk told me that the online reservation can not be canceled and is charged to your card when you book it. They could be wrong though

i'll have to look at my credit card real quick. I just checked my email, and I can cancel all the way up until 4pm on 4/30/2014 for free.

edit: and I have no pending purchase, according to my online account.

Just did it online. Will cancel the over the phone one later today. It came out to 252 after tax compared to 300 before tax
