My '66 mustang project

I know I know Camaro site... but man, just a little giddy. I bought a project '66 mustang a while back. Built a 347 stroker, C4 tranny. Yesterday my "used" 4.11 posi arrived. I cracked everything loose tonight, and will finish tomorrow. I can't wait to see what going from a 2.80 open rear end to a 4.11 posi will do......

The way the car is right now, will smoke all they way to 3rd at a 30 mph roll. It's been fun but can't wait to hopefully get a little traction.

You should post a build thread in General Automotive.

Here it is at a local car cruise. As with most it has been used and abused. Lots of rust underneath. Needs about everything.... But fun to drive.

In Massachusetts we would describe that as "pretty cherry".

LOL as bad as this one is, in KS its decent even with no interior. A little honda was messing with me yesterday. He was behind me and I fogged him with tire smoke. It was childish but pretty fun!

411's installed. First impressions were good. Cruising the car, goose it and it leaps forward. Get some wheel hop while it spins. Tinkering continues...
