New member and new camaro owner
 

I'm now the proud owner of a brand new '13 2 LT as of yesterday. It's my first camaro and I'm loving it. It's only a v6, but that's fast enough for my insurance company! Love the site, too.
Hoping to do a few cosmetic mods soon. First will be rally stripes...any opinions? Black or silver? I was originally thinking black, but it has grey leather, so I'm leaning toward silver.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

Thanks for the warm welcome, so far the consensus seems to be silver stripes...and I think I agree. Oh and of course I'm getting the windows tinted.

I also wanna give a huge thumbs up to Bob Hook Chevy in Louisville for the great deal they gave me! Awesome dealership and some really nice people working there IMO. I usually hate buying cars, but this was actually an enjoyable experience!
