hmmm could it be an old model? reason why i said that is because the door locks are on there.. i thought after 12 or 13 they stop putting it there. or am i wrong?

Yes, that looks like a 2012 radio. The redesigned the radio for MyLink in 2013. They removed the door lock button and CD slot and moved the control buttons to the sides.

Ive got a 2013 and the door lock is still in the middle. Plus i have it on the doors also

Oops! Forget they still have the previous style radio in the 2013 LS models.

Looks like too much added weight in the front may make my car understeer :lol:

Maybe we could watch youtube videos about how to avoid car crashes while we are driving.
