ZL1 Silver Wheels: Odd PN

Hi all, new to this forum, wanted to post up a question regarding the silver 5 spoke ZL1 wheels. I have been looking for a set for my SS and have came across a really nice set but the PN's are not the same as what GM lists.

GM:
Fronts: 9599037
Rears: 9599038
Center Caps: 92202223

Ones for sale locally:
Fronts: 9598380
Rears: 9598382
Center Caps: 22775905

I went to my local dealer and these PNs were not listed. Can anyone shed some light on these PNs? The wheels I'm looking at forged aluminum and weight 30.5lbs each and have the PNs and GM logo stamped on the back, not cast. They appear to check out as real but the PNs not matching has me concerned. The local seller has a 2012 ZL1 and bought the black wheels and is selling these. Are these real or what? Any help is appreciated.

GM numbers shown are the PART numbers
the other numbers are the CHART numbers that are printed on the rim barrel.
They do that in case there is another finish (and a new part number)... they can use same basic wheel without changing any stamping process.
