I read that the Eaton Truetrac is only for 3.45 and 3.73 gear sets? Do you know if it would work with the 3.90 1LE gears.

Craig from the articles that i have read it seems like the TrueTrac will work.
But honestly not having done this change i can't give you a positive yes.
