Finally got my Camaro!
 

After going through several dealerships over 6 months I finally received my Camaro!

If anyone in the area is close to buying or stuck at 1100 at some slow dealership, I highly recommend going to Paddock Chevrolet in Kenmore NY. Specifically speak to Joe Ott, he even shipped my camaro to my door!

I was stuck at 1100 for close to 2 months with Paramus Chevrolet, when they told me they had open allocation when i first ordered. Had dealt with Nutley and Clifton before this, they were charging 10% over MSRP.

Anyway I got ahold of Joe Ott at Paddock Chevrolet and he was so helpful and always quick to reply to my nagging phone calls. He went to another dealer near by and got my car and shipped it to my door within 3 weeks from speaking.

My previous car, 1998 Saturn, died on me 2 weeks ago. I'm really glad i cancelled my order at Paramus and went with Paddock! Or i'd still be in that rental car for who knows how long.

I also want to note, I would've had the car in 2 weeks or less actually, but FedEX messed up the delivery on the paper work. So it set it back a week.

I had Silver ordered but it was taking forever. Joe had a black and cyber-grey available. It was a hard choice but I always wanted a black car. lol

That was like my situation. Put an order in for black and the next day found a silver one (800 miles away of course) that I was able to buy then. Can't go wrong, black or silver. I wish I had the money to own both!

You gonna stripe it? I'd suggest SIM rally's :D

I kind of like the plain look, feels more like an infiniti g35 to me that way (my 2nd choice in cars lol).

Maybe over time and seeing the striped ones at meets I might change my mind. If i did id do SIM or that black color, matte?

Congrats. I know the stress. I was nuts over my car, waiting 5 months not knowing anything. I almost give up on mine. But, this site helped me though it. And I'm having a blast w/ my car. When you get it you will forget all and have fun.
