Looking for Pics of lighted engine compartments
 

Looking for ideas before i do mine, please post up some lighted engine bays...thanks

I don't have any good pictures, but I used 2, 2ft. RGB strips. One is under the wiper cowl, shining down on the intake and the other is just under the rubber seal on the front and just above the radiator. Unless you look hard, you can't see the lights. The wiring is covered in heat shrink and routed along the left fender with some other wiring. It disappears real nice. By using 2ft. strips, I light the engine, but not the whole engine compartment.

Most common is the strip back of engine bay and by radiator. Would imagine if you do search on the internet tons of images come up in Yahoo.

Yep, that's exactly what I am thinking of doing. Plenty of light and out of sight for the most part. I will probably add some in the trunk around my amp facing my Nitrous bottle.

I have lots of lights, do a search for Powders build thread, I have pics there.

Here is a setup I installed for a friend of mine. It is colorshift but I only had it in green at the time I took the pic.
