I took this video during the GM presentation on Saturday during Camaro Fest. I apologize for the shaky footage, I was taking this with my phone standing and zoomed in a little bit. The loud drone in the background is a generator that GM had running for their trailer..

Awesome, thanks...so about a month or so for performance numbers, cool. Did he say anything about pricing?

Thought someone mentioned we would be pleased surprised with pricing, do you remember if you heard him say anything like that?

No I don't recall him saying that. Todd Christensen said the order guides are out and ordering begins this week. Dealers receiving the first batch of allocations should know how many they're going to get and pricing will be out in a few weeks via a press release.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. Performance numbers in about a month and the folks in Dearborn are going to be a little upset. :thanks:

Good to hear the weight loss out of his mouth again the way he worded it.

If the v6 lost about 300 pounds and v8 about 200, that means there is closer to a 300 pound difference between v6 and v8 for 2016. Used to be about 200 for 5th gen. However, it makes sense. The LT1 is heavier than LS3 and new goodies on even base SS, while v6 is actually lighter along with lighter auto transmission I believe.

Looks like there are a few Camaro fans in the audience. Get it? :thumb:

Didn't say anything about the ZL1 I am going to guess.

Thanks for the upload. Although I will be going with a 2SS I am actually pretty excited to see what people do (mod wise) with the 2.0T Camaro. Options are always good and having 3 different engines to choose from is a huge plus in my eyes. Also I hope we are pleasantly surprised when the pricing is released lol.
