dealer is lying
So today I get a phone call from my salesman.
Saying that they never added the price for my ground effects to the order sheet. I was like "how did you forget to add that?" so I kept all my docs that the dealer has given me and I find this, My car w/o gfx, gms $ 34,052 on a summary sheet. then my new invoice paperwork says $ 36,051. based on that, the extra $1,999.00 is the ground effects. am I correct? I need some help fast since tomorrow I am going to sit down and discuss this with the sales manager and my salesman. I also check the camaro calculator and I seem to be right. |

dealer invoice is $1879.95 so gms would raise that slightly, so again. Dealer is lying.
I am going to stop by another dealer to confirm the gms on the ground effects before seeing my dealer in the AM |
if you are buying a car at gms, they have to show you the gms price that's printed on the invoice when you sign the authorization form. they can't screw you on the gms and if they did quote you the car without the ground effects, i doubt they would honor the price with them. most dealers aren't going to lose $2000 on a car like this.

Don't worry.Just don't let them lie to you.

VTD Ground Effect Package $2,265.00 $0.00 $2,265.00 $1,879.95 $1,812.00 The price in red is the GMS price depending on when you ordered it so check your date on the paperwork. To be fair if the paperwork you have doesn't have the gfx on it then is it safe to say you both missed it? Not saying it doesn't suck but GMS is GMS so if the car has what you ordered then the price is pretty much set and the dealer has no control of GMS pricing. If the equipment is what you ordered then I think it is more than likely a honest mistake.
