The TL1 insert looks misplaced for some reason? I'm unsure why. Maybe the ZL1 Stripe down the middle of the car? Or possibily the 1LE/ZL1 rims? Overall I like what you did though. Looks great! COTW, i'll say it again!

I know this sounds tacky, but I do need to thank everyone who supported me on this project.

My wife number 1. Without her push & blessing, I wouldn't have done it. This was, no is, a totally selfish project. It wasn't cheap, but she understood the whole time. I was away from family at times to work on it, and when I was, she brought the kids and came to visit. Love you!
To my friends here at home, you guys are the best! Thanks for the garage space "T", and you "D" for all your ideas and time.
To my uncle for all the BS I put you through in deciding and changes in paint, and a great big thanks on the install help!
My GM buddy on all the deals for parts that I needed to buy, can't wait for the Alberta meet and you and I can cruise together.
My GM mechanic buddy, truly without you installing all my performance parts, I'd would have paid a fortune elsewhere.

To everyone here on Camaro5 who I purchased items from to help me save $$$, thank you. You know who you are. And to everyone else hear with your knowledge and support, thank you too! Camaro5 is truly the best forum I've been on. It's a family here, and its amazing

It does, doesn't it! Well, I'll keep trying. I'm going to stay away from a stripe. I love to keep the "monotone" look. I'm still all up in the air and will still keep mod'in.

Thank you once again for your praise. It's very flattering.

Wow. I guess I should look into this. Should have thought about this b4 buying the heritage grille. I would have got it in black.

As time goes on, I'm sure ill make changes to keep the feeling "new and exciting" to me. And that's what it's all about. Making your car, YOUR car. I'd hate to see every Camaro the same.

CanadianSS 04-10-2013 03:36 PM

Got them off Ivan @ southwest. Emailed. He sent me the right part before I even shipped the wrong on. And he sent me a shipping label so no cost to me at all. Now that's service!

Just picked up the TL1 from my uncle. I went with this paint scheme on the vents. I will put it on in a few hours. I hope it looks good.
