Onstar telling me iPhone app service is offline due to technical issues.
 
Anyone else heard this or is it BS?

I have an OnStar account with many different cars but when I log in it automatically goes to the escalade, how do I change it to work on the Camaro?

That happened last week to me. Kept telling me that the onstar account did not exist. Cleared up the next morning.

Hi 2011*Camaro*SS,

When you are logged into the app select the Vehicle Tab at the bottom left and select Change Vehicle.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

It is working again now. :happyanim:

Apparently there was an outage. Maybe Jessica can comment on the duration. ;-)

There was another problem though. My password had a special character in it which works great on the web site, but the app silently accepts it without complaining. Then the logon fails. After Jessica kindly pointed this out in a PM, I changed my password and all is well.

I did ask that Onstar modify their code to disallow special characters in password setup so this doesn't cause problems for anyone else.

I give Jessica a thumbs up :thumbup: in responsiveness and attitude!
