Power Steering Not Working At Low Speeds

Yeah so I have approx 20k in miles on my car. It's been virtually bullet proof however recently I noticed that my steering wheel has turned to crap. I can BARELY park my car or get out of a spot because the Power steering is not working. Once the car gets moving it's somewhat fine but still feels a bit heavy. I'm thinking there is really something wrong with this cars power steering, I've never done a burnout (I know sad) with this car. I've used launch control maybe a grand total of 3 times back around 9000miles into the car.

Outside of that, I do use Competitive Driving mode on highway for increased throttle response, that's about it. So um any thoughts guys?
