I've heard rumors that there will be a sporty RWD Buick. I'd say that is as likely as the Z28, particularly when they said that its based on the Camaro platform (ie, Zeta) and not simply another Camaro model.

The Buick will most likely be on Alpha.

Concpet cars don't have to be on the production platform. The Camaro concept was on a hacked up Sigma platform IIRC

It also wouldn't be due until the second half of this decade after the Alpha Camaro.

I think if it wasn't some type of Camaro they wouldn't have worded it as being on the "Camaro platform."

Why not between ATS and 6th Gen Camaro?

I'm going to try and make it to the show. My sales guy has tickets and is going, but couldn't get anymore. Either way I can't wait for the announcement.

Hey just wanted to let you know that you can buy tickets at the door. That's what I did last year when me and a bunch of "the guys" went. They are going again this year but i have to work so I can get my own Camaro!

This is a picture of my ticket from last year, just because!

they said its a vehicle based off the camaro platform

General Motors North American President Mark Reuss says the automaker will unveil a vehicle based on the Chevrolet Camaro platform.

meaning any vehicle using the Zeta platform. doesnt mean its necessarily a camaro.

There already is a RWD Buick on the Zeta platform.

CyberGamaro 02-05-2011 08:09 AM

ShnOmac 02-05-2011 08:17 AM
