Whats your bad dealer story?

Heres mine so we go to look at a truck, we call the day before because its a couple hour drive. and the guy says yea ive got the keys right here so we drive down and get there, the truck was an 03 gmc seirra 2500. so we get in the shop and the guys like yea they must have brought it in for you. and they had a 03 reg cab 1500 seirra so the guys like oh sorry wrong truck we will go look for it. so we looke for a half an hour and cant find it, so we look at there computers and they sold it a couple days before and still had one of the keys for it, and yea they didnt give us gas money

that guy wasn't a salesman...he was an order taker...big difference...I always will physically go outside and put my hands on a car BEFORE I have a custoemr drive to my dealership...whether they live 10 minutes or 5 hours away...
