Mothers or Meguiars Clay
WOW, I just felt the camaro with a plastic bag and I didn't expect that! I could feel all the grime when the paint even felt smooth to the touch with my bare hand. I don't really have the time to order a nano skin cloth so I need an over-the-counter type of clay. I saw the mothers and meguiars clay. they are $20 bucks a piece and how should I go about using it? Should I wash the car first, it has wax from about 2-3 weeks ago on it. Whats the process? Thanks in advance! P.S. Is their microfiber towel that they supplied good enough to use on the paint?

For my DD's i prefer Mother's but both to me are practically the same... in exception that i believe megs is a couple dollars more bc it comes with a little bottle of spray wax and its towel is a little bigger

i use adams,i think it is the best.when you clay bar the car it will take the wax off.

I would choose Mothers because its yellow. Honestly never used Megs clay, I would just pick up the cheaper of the two if you don't want to wait.

Maybe they changed it. I had some that was yellow. Or maybe I'm forgetting because it's been so long since I bought clay.
Could've sworn they were both yellow though. |
