tps wire for zex kit

I can't get the nmu to work right on my zex kit. I think the issue is its not connected to the tps wire. The light on the nmu is not working and it activates as soon as I turn the switch on. The manual to the kit shows a wire harness for 2010 camaro. The 2012 version is different. Doesn't have the same colors and is one wire short (5 instead of 6) can anyone help me?

If you are seeing only 5 wires you are looking at the throttle body connector NOT the TPS which is the above diagram that is the throttle pedal sensor.

I'll take pics of mine tomorrow. Etmx has pretty much laid it out for you. But a picture can't hurt.

PLEASE take a picture. I see so many people with 2012-2014 cars claiming to have zex kits but offer no help. It makes me wonder if most of these are even hooked up or just being used as a purge. You know how adding a purge drops 20 seconds off a quatermile time. Just think how fast my car will be when i can actually hook it up.

Thanks in advance for the pictures.

You want this little guy. The instructions called it purple. It's more of a grayish,
Brownish purple.

And this is my plug from a 2014 lfx. Looking at the diagram above that wire is #2 tac motor control. Thank you very much for your picture. Did you find the wire you needed or did a shop find it for you.

Thanks again.

One last thing. I do not see the resistor wire in the picture. The size of the white wire looks like the same wire from the NMU. Are you running the resistor. Can you confirm that it is 82k. I know this is asking alot but when my kit came in I could not find it in the box. I called tech and he told me it was an 82k and i cojld find it at radioshack He offered to mail me another one for free but i told him i would pick one up. I went to ratshack and they had no 82k. I just wanted to see what you had.

Thanks in advance.

I'm a power plant electrician, so I prefer to find my own wires! Lol. But the instructions I received from Zex were fairly comprehensive so I didn't have to search too hard. The white wire in my picture is the resistor wire. It was basically two lengths of wire with a resistor taped in series with them. I'll snap a shot later.

Thanks your info was very useful

Well I try the brown nxt to the yellow, my nmu won't light up. It works when I press the switch, but it sprays right away once turned on. Guess my nmu is bad
