Which one!?

Alright guys as I said before as I am getting closer to buying my Camaro I am figuring out exactly what parts I want right away. I need help deciding if I should get Solo High Flow Cats with a Axle-Back or should I get a Cat-Back? and if I do get a Cat-Back can I still get the Solo High Flow Cats???? And I am thinking that I think I would be fine with the Axle back and High Flow Cats because I am aiming for LOUD sound and I feel like I would be wasting my money getting the cat back because the high flow cats do the same thing. Can someone verify this for me????

I have American Racing 1 7/8" long tube headers with hi-flow cats and the Borla ATAK cat back exhaust. I'll let you decide if this is the sound you're looking for...

but if you get a 2012 you won't be able to do the headers so it won't sound just like the above one...and the above is also a v8 so it definitely won't sound like that

I know  I just really want it to sound like that, but it wouldn't probably happen! but does anyone have a answer to my question!?

Yeah... it would be mighty hard to make a V6 sound like that.

It's also inside a parking garage. Not exactly everyday, real-world demo there.

Thats true! but alright I already knew I couldn't sound like that! I just wish I could! :( but can someone help me with my axle back and hi flow cats or cat back with high flow cats question? and remember base your answer off of the video (I know it won't be the same or close I just want to sound as close as I can) I just want the deepest and loudest setup!!!! and I am getting a Cold Air Inductions Intake also if that helps!

I personally have the MRT V2, with a Roto-Fab CAI, and love the sound. I do plan on getting high flow cats soon, and at the same time, will delete the resonators and put in an X-pipe of some kind (brand undecided). You might consider something similar. One thing you should not do though, in my opinion, is us a V8 with performance exhaust as a guideline.

Sorry I do not have an exact answer, but everything is still a WIP, as is the case with most 2012 V6 owners. Good luck with whatever you decide.

But I mean would it be a waste of money to get a cat back if I get high flow cats?

I don't think it would be a waste of money. It really comes to preference and how much you are "willing" to spend. I was damn close to getting to solo cat back, but with my budget, it was better for me to get the MRT 2, and use the extra cash for my catch can. The only thing I do not like about the solo cat back is the really tight turn the resonators( or whatever those are at the tip) take, before they exit out the back.

I really do not think there will be a performance difference between high flow cats/cat-back VS high flow cats/axle-back.

Yeah I hate watching an exhaust vid inside a garage. Pointless.
