How many miles on your NEW ZL1 at purchase?
 

Just seeing if I'm being snarky, or if this is normal....

Went over to the dealership last night to go over my new 2013 ZL1 and it had 29 miles on the clock.

When I picked up my 2008 Z06, it had 9 miles on the clock.

So....how many miles were on your new ZL1 when you picked it up??? :popcorn:

29 miles!!! Did you thank them for breaking it in for you?

I asked them to put a clear bra on it. Initially they said that was done across the street, then when I picked it up, it had 82 or 84. Apparently, across the street doesn't do clear on black cars? (I'm still wondering if that makes sense.)

2013 #251 had 2 when it came off of the transport and 22 when I picked it up that afternoon. Someone at the dealership obviously took it out for a test drive. No biggie it's mine now and I control who drives it.

I'd rather have one with 26 miles on the clock and the tires look like new than one with 9 miles on the clock and the tires have been spinning for 3 of those miles. :D Seen a lot of this when shopping for SRT-10 trucks when they were new.

Mine was 30 - I was a little upset at first but I soon got over it - they could ruin it in 1 mile if they wanted so whether it has 10 or 30 doesn't make too much difference in the grand scheme of things - and you still get a warranty for 36,000 miles as they mark the miles that on the odometer when you take ownership on all the paperwork

Mine had 13 km, or about 8 miles.
