In some cases yes,... but if the person has a high credit you might get a lowered payment per month

No but most dealers do require a deposit at the time the order is made to make sure that you most likely won't walk away. The down payment is normally made when the car arrives.

It lowers your interest rate which in turn lowers you monthly payment.
