Camaro Team - Great Job on #1393

Well I took deliver of my car yesterday and have been driving it since (today is Day #2)...trying to get the first 1500 miles following the break-in rules. The car is wicked fast even keeping at <4000 rpm! Ride is fantastic! All the extras are well designed, ie. the heads-up with the phone integration, all the display options, interior is great, the ZL1 accents are perfect, the exposed carbon fiber insert makes the car look exotic, wheels and tires are hot looking, color is brilliant, sounds awesome...I can't praise it enough.

So, great job Camaro design team and assembly guys/gals. You made a great car. I am especially impressed with you quality attitude in production. Keep it up, it shows in your product.

What was really cool (and I have never seen this before) was that I got a copy of the build sheet in the glove compartment with signatures from several folks from the Oshawa build team when I picked up the car. The dealer said he never saw that before. Nice touch Oshawa team!

Here is a photo from today.

It's Ultragrinnin' Time :happyanim:

You are one lucky man. I was wondering do they sign every build sheet? That would be awesome to have.

Is this real fact?

Yes. It is not like the "old" buildsheets in the 60s and 70s...it looks like a spec sheet that was on the car at the end of the line or a QC check sheet they used for final release? I will try and scan/post tomorrow.

Beautiful, I know exactly how you feel,.... just received my 1236# on Wednesday, May 30th and its also CRT with Black wheels. If I knew how to insert pictures on a quick post I'd send some over. Will post with pictures soon.

Did you get a note from Mike Judge on your build slip, I did and it made the delivery that much more exciting. The Oshawa team is fantastic. More on the car later, still experiencing all the cool upgrades from the 2SS I enjoyed for 3 summers.
