OZMO Carbon Fiber Intake Manifold

I have been working with Jaime, the owner of OZMO Engineering on a one-off custom intake manifold for my twin turbo LS3 setup. The intake had to be redesigned to fit the LS3, as well as functional for an FI setup.

Some of you may have seen Blu808 post up about their experience with the NA intake manifold. You'll notice that this one has extremely short runners specifically designed for high horsepower FI cars. Instead of running 2 TBs, the two plenums converge into a single TB.

Here are a couple pictures of the progress since December

Plenums finished in carbon fiber

Installed in the plenums

As of right now 'm not sure how much of an increase in power to expect. They are truely a work of art! I've never seen anything close to this before.

I talked to Jaime this morning and he still needs to bond the BOVs to the plenums. It will be delivered next Monday.

I wish it was only that much lol

The main reason for creating this thread was to do a write up and impression of the manifold.

Beautiful! Love that it only has one TB. Can't wait to see the finish compartment.

Thanks, I'm also working on getting a set of carbon fiber valve covers as well.

That's going to look sick! Those are same valve covers I have. They are katech. I like them best from all the CF valve covers available. I wish that intake worked in a NA application. I like it better than the one with two TBs.

What's wrong with having two TBs? That gets you twice as much air right? :bellyroll:

Did you get the coil relocation kit too?

I like the cleaner look and it also will be simpler to implement.

You could follow everything I've done on the link below. A lot of stuff that would compliment what your doing. Hit me up if you have any questions.

Oh my lord. That may be the sexiest engine part I've ever seen. Exquisite design materials and craftsmanship.
If I see that installed on a twin turbo setup I may have an involuntary orgasm.
