recommendations for a steering wheel

Looking to get a decent, inexpensive steering wheel so my son and I can get a little more out of Gran Turismo 6 on PS3.
Any recommendations?

I don't know of any inexpensive decent ones. What's your budget?

Wheels I like (not cheap):
http://www.amazon.com/Driving-Force-...steering+wheel
http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-PlayS...steering+wheel
http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-941-0...steering+wheel

Third one is my favorite.

When it comes to steering wheels, decent and inexpensive really don't go hand in hand unless you luck out and find a used one on ebay.

I know a lot of people have had good luck with the third one.

Would like to stay under $100. He's 7, and I'm just looking to make it alittle more fun and a little easier to drive some of the cars like the Senna cars.

I like that 3rd one, I'm a fan of Logitech, never had any issues with ANY of their products. But man that's pricey.

I had a Logitech Momo for a few years and drove it to death. It literally fell apart and I'm pretty gentle on a wheel. Replaced it with the G27 and haven't looked back! Your lap times will be greatly improved and you can't hurt it (at least so far in four years).

Look for a Logitech G25 or G27 used somewhere. Buying a cheap wheel will only leave you frustrated, I made that mistake. The G27 is one of the best wheels out there unless you are dropping an entire paycheck on one. The older G25 is mechanically almost identical, just missing a few features.

Save money by shopping around and finding a nice used one not by buying a sub-par product. The low end wheels are not accurate enough for a simcade racer and don't have enough degrees of rotation to make the experience enjoyable. Also the pedals on the cheap wheels are usually very light, which means you have to hold your feet up causing fatigue.

Thanks. I went the low end route years ago when I bought a PS2 new. I got so fed up with the thing I tossed it out of my 3rd story barracks room the day after I bought it.

My steering wheel is for my PC, however it's a Thrustmaster I believe.

I have the DFGT wheel, picked it up off eBay for $30. Well worth it!

Would have loved to get a G27, but it's just too much money.
