Beautiful. Looks like a million bucks. Congrats on a spectacular build. I am jealous of you HufferSS. If only I could make my 98 S10 look that sexy and make that much power. Then I might be happy. LOL

You could....all it takes is a checkbook. :D I am extremely pleased with the way this car has turned out so far and the Whipple is the centerpiece. |

Congrats again. I never liked the green until I saw your car. Extremely sexy. |

Why can't vendors put together a complete coil relocate kit to be done at home? I know there'd still be some wiring involved but it looks awesome. I ended up going with the polished holley valve covers because I got tired of waiting. But if it had been available I'd have gone that route in a heartbeat.

Wow, I bet that thing is quite a handful! Have a great time driving that beast... I'm not sure what I think about Orange and Green together, but I'm sure it feels planted! :D

Holy crap! I didn't realize that you had so much stuff done!:headbang: WOW. That's pretty sweet and looks killer. All I thought you had done was the blower, a cam, and the 9". You've created quite the ride my friend.

Ok...I was kind of a willing victim. |

I need to start spending some more $$$. Whats the latest on the rear? Good news I hope?! |

You have more in wheels and tires than I have in my whole build. :sm0: |

I'd love to see 10.99 first trip to the track but I don't think it's going to be in the cards....we'll see. Bogarts (w/ 28" front) should be here Thursday in time for PW. I can't head down til Friday afternoon so that worked out well......time to throw a beatin into some Mustangs and Challengers.... :paddle:

Another tip of the hat to Vengeance and to Strange for making things right without a hassle. |

Oh, it'll be in the cards!:) Thats good that all those companies stepped up to the plate. After all, with all the stuff you had done it had to cost your first born.:sm0: Good call on the 28's. The 26's looked like dirtbike enduro tires with all those knobbies. |

Thanks everyone for all the comments. We have really enjoyed this build and Bill is a great guy to work with! We cannot wait to turn the boost up and really this what this thing will do!!
Now put a hurting on some folks at Pony Wars Bill! |
Just wondering what size headers are you running?

Quick update...headed to the track again tomorrow night with new Pfadt drag coilovers installed and a tweaked tune....looking for 10.60 out of the M6. :paddle::paddle:
|
what was done to the tune? more timing? what did the car run before?
|
Quote:
The car produced a best 60 I think of 1.6x before....Ron has the slips...so if we can get 1.5 out of it it and then more power we should be able to see some 10.60s I hope. Really we want to see the impact of the Pfadt coilovers more than anything as I am about to start on Phase II of my build....so the Whipple is probably up for sale. |
