Hey guys, I was thinking about putting H&R springs on my 2013....ant thoughts? thanks in advance. On a side note, I'm putting an Elite CC on and wanted some thoughts on the breather...is it neessary??

That's a good company from what I hear, should be good there. And breather isn't necessary

The H&R's look great, however they are too low for your factory dampers and will result in a bumpy and somewhat harsh ride quality. The lowest I recommend going on the factory damper's is about 1.25" I recommend the Pfadt springs for you. They do sit a little higher than the H&R's, however they are going to ride better.

As for the breather, it is not really necessary in most cases. You can test whether or not you need one by removing your intake tube, and swiping your throttle body with a paper towel. If you have oil on it, you could benefit from a breather.

Please feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.

Thanks all, I pulled the trigger and went with Pfadt. Just waiting on them to arrive!! As far as the breather, did a check and all good there, so no need for the breather.

Going to DIY install? Or take it somewhere? I'm looking at Pfadt springs as well. Undecided on whether or not to install myself. Might consider taking it somewhere if I can be sure they'll do it right, retime the bushings and proper alignment according to Pfadt specs for the springs. What should an install/alignment cost from a shop?

Typically $200-250 is a decent price for a spring install, and anywhere from 65-100 for a good alignment.

I paid 300.00. I ordered them with Apex. Pfadt had to drop shop so it's been about a week so far but they are on the way. As for the install, looks like 200 plus 60 for the alignment....Once installed, I will post before and after pics!!
