tvs2300 RX catch can help.
can somebody please post pics of proper routing of a RX catch can hooked to a tvs2300. I just changed my oil (3K interval) and went to empty my catch can and it was dry as a bone. Yes, it was closed correctly (spun all the way out). I was collecting some before my supercharger install but now im not collecting any, something seems funny.

It goes from the back of the drivers side valve cover to the inlet on the can. Then from the outlet on the can to one of the 3 vacuum inlets on the drivers side front of the tvs.
|
Maybe that will help you, different can, but you will get the idea...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vdl-jgmFtys&sns=em I think that was someone from the forum... Thumbs up for doing that! |
Rear of drivers side valve cover to center (inlet of can) and outer of can to vac barb on blower (wilhead has it correct).

cant help on the can ,,,, but I would move the idler pulley closer to the belt tensioner pulley... that will put more tension on belt and prevent slippage

I'm getting less now too then before the TVS2300.
Here's what I'm thinking. When we were running without the Maggie, the barb was right on the valley plate and there was no baffling. Now we are pulling from the back of the valve cover and maybe there is better baffling there? |
yes...better baffeling Will.
RBL, good job! All is correct. |

Hmmmmmm? It's my belief that it's needed based on what I've seen that collects inside these superchargers but , you make an interesting point .

I get at least 2 OZ every 1000 miles
