Here's a preview of Drop Top Customs' Camaro Convertible SS which will be showing at the SEMA show next month. For anyone interested, this custom conversion costs approximately $18,000. This is the second builder to produce a Camaro convertible. The other was custom built by NCE. For now, these custom Camaro convertibles will have to do, at least until GM begins producing the 2011 / 2012 production Camaro convertible, which coincidentally, is being shown to dealers for the first time this week. Over all definitely looks bad A$$ |
well im sold
as soon as they take orders im going to get one |
Have you all thought of something similar to what Mercedes did with a hardtop convertible option?
|
looks good, im just not understanding the reason to go through all the trouble, R&D and funding of this project to sell an $18,000 drop top when GM is realeasing one themselves in a year or so for prob a lot less.

GORGEOUS!
I love it! Totally drop dead gorgeous! Why is GM waiting so long (2011) to release this!!! Why not next year!!!! |
what brand and size wheels?
|
Sexy!!
That car is amazing! |
seems its not totally functional......unless they designed functioning rear roll down quarter window.....that or your only going to be driving it on sunny days.
|
Looks good, but dont like the exposed pop-rivet deals that hold the tonneau cover kill it for me. Plus, for $18K I'd want a hard cover.
|
I llllike it!
Why change the upholstery? This is the first time I have seen the dash and door trim in yellow. It looks good, but I believe its too much. |
