Will the Camaro Convertible be at the January Auto Show in Detroit?
I remember reading a thread about that but it was removed. Was that not supposed to be leaked or where there change of plans?

So what's the deal??:iono: Is the production model not ready to show yet? Is this a "stratigic wait"? Or has GM screwed up something with production plans and we're looking at another release delay?? I've been doing alot of waiting on faith, but it's starting to get very fustrating:mad0260:

Yeh i too am curious as to what constituted the change...that thread went for quite a few pages before it was pulled. I'm dissapointed but if its for the better and meant to improve the car so be it. I'd imagine you wouldn't want to show something that isn't ready.

GM's unveiling a lot of new stuff at Detroit. There's a very good possibility that it could get lost in the crowd.
I'd say it'll be at Chicago or New York. |
I'm hoping for Chicago

I have to believe that they will have it in Detroit. I'll be going down to bench mark some door components on Thursday, prior to the black tie event, and I'll let you know.
We have a few of them driving around here in Warren / Milford. |

I am going to the Detroit Auto Show (North American International Auto Show - NAIAS) with my brother on a preview day. You can be sure that I will bring my camera and if the "Vert" is there, I will shoot it and post here. In fact, I will take photos of anything noteworthy on the Camaro.

From what I understand, the convertible WILL be at the 2010 NAIAS. I have seen a few driving around the Milford Proving Grounds, and an pretty sure they will bring a pre-production version to the show at least. And then i'd bet we might even see the Z/28 at the 2011 show.
Its no secret anymore, so why would they hold back ?? |
