Wiper speed issue?

Noticed that my battery voltage was at 12.6 but after some research found it to be normal. The thing is, when the volts drop I notice the wipers move slow as hell no matter what speed I select. Is this normal?

No, amp was off at the time. I figured the wiper speed shouldnt change though, what if it was raining hard out...the wipers were moving much slower than usual.

jkemp16,

Glad to see that your initial concern appears to be normal after you did further research. Have you had battery issues in the past? If you have any inquiries moving forward, don't hesitate to contact us! I will happily dive deeper into any concern you may have.
