1st Annual North Carolina Meet & Greet
 

*Announcement*

The 1st Annual North Carolina Meet & Greet will be May 4 & 5, 2013 in Raleigh NC. Please mark your calendars for this weekend of old friends, new friends and Camaro excitement. Camaro South, 5th Gen Camaros of the Carolina's and Capital Area Camaro Club are collectively working to organize the event and bring together Camaro Enthusiasts from all across the state.

We are still finalizing the details regarding the hotel. The hotel info is posted below. The event will stay at the hotel and will begin as people arrive on Saturday and will end Sunday. This event will be open to all Camaro Enthusiasts and folks from outside of NC are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Please subscribe to this thread as we will be updating the information very soon and will start a sign up list to help give us an idea of how many will show up. Please post in the thread if you are attending, and if you are going to stay overnight. We are working on a group rate for the hotel that is chosen and that information will be posted here.

The hotel and site for the meet and greet are complete. The hotel has 50 rooms blocked off for anyone looking to stay the night. There will be additional rooms available if the 50 fill up but the rate will go up slightly. Below is the break down of rooms and rates.

Code is now active

First 50 rooms - $85.00 (first come first serve) ask for Capital Area Camaro Club rate
25 will be king with pull out sofa
25 with 2 queen beds

After the first 50 fill
There will be up to 60 more rooms that are currently showing available (will be reduced as other people book)
Rate will be $99.00

There is also 9 King suites and 3 double-double suites available at regular rate.

Hey Dennis, I see you are from LaGrange. I went to Eastern Wayne High School. We used to go to awesome Saturday night cruises at Seven Springs (couple of decades ago). Is that still on?

We would really like to see 100+ cars at this event.... and maybe some of the local performance shops will bring cars and info!.. pass this on to these shops and ask them come...
