SO.. whats up with VARARAM??

ive been waiting for a long time. i know im not the only one. i sent them emails asking when they will have a VR intake for the 2013 lfx. they said spring.

nothing yet.

anyone know if they are going to make one for the 13 lfx???

They are all talk. You have a 2010 though, did u upgrade to a 2013?

amedal 07-08-2013 12:53 AM

yes, i sold my 2010 and bought a 2013. it looks the same as yours, same stripes and spoiler, but silver! where did you get that bumper?

OP, move on with your modding and choose another CAI, if you are ready to purchase now. Vararam has been promising their LFX intake for a long time now, with no payoff.

yeah i know theyve been promising for a long time. the thing is that i had it for my 2010 camaro and it was amazing.

i really dont know for which CAI i should replace it for my 13 lfx.
any recommendations?

The CAI brand is universally praised, but is expensive.

I just ordered a Roto-Fab for my LFX. Significantly cheaper, and similar power gains, but aesthetically different.

Same exact tf3 stripes that are Oem? Or one of the Ns-stripes package? Post up a pic I think it looks awsome on silver. As far as my bumper goes, I did a ZL1 / Rideskinz conversion. Im the only one that has it but other members told me their going to go that route also when they swap out their front end. Check ojt my build thread or here http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=299336 for pics

Yeah, I have the OEM T3 stripes! they look very nice, they contrast pretty good too.

If you dont mind me asking, how much did you pay for the bumper? Im looking to change mine. either for the SS, zl1 or the one you have.

I love it! I dont ever see the real tf3 stripes on a camaro other then yellow, and if I do its the NS-stripe kit. The dual mode exhausts looks awsome too! Does the mud guard flaps really help on preventing dirt and stufff from getting on the side of the car? I seen a white camaro with them and thought it looked great so I might add that in the future if it works well. Also I pmed you on the bumper pricing

Move on OP. the 2016 will be out before they get anything finished. Hit up CAI Inc

DagoCountyGee 07-10-2013 06:29 PM

Just get a roto fab.

JDP Sales 07-10-2013 06:42 PM

Roto-Fab would be my recommendation as well. In regards to looks, performance and cost, Roto-Fab takes the cake. Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions or for a great deal :thumb:
