H3 bulb vs 88-048 quick question
 

I ordered a fog light kit off eBay with the wiring harness. The same seller has just the lights with h3 bulbs and I bought the kit that comes with 88-048 bulbs. Are 88-048 a type of halogen bulb or the size of a bulb? I already ordered h3 smd projector bulbs so I hope they're the right size for these lights. If I need to cancel and order the h3 lights where can I buy a harness for those

well if I were you I would just store the bulbs and get some great LED bulbs from a place light automotivelightstore.com where you can also get awesome dome light LED boards too and they light up a lot brighter than a regular bulb and last longer, and you could also cross wire them to the sidemarkers like I did to to make feedback so your halos stay on and they work as fog lights staying on with the lights on...That is if you have halos if you added them? Anyway it might just make them stay on instead of just being DRL's that turn off when the headlights are on........I guess diygen5 may have info on this or some place like phastek or others even make just a jumper wire kit with t splices to make them work as fogs and drls........
Well good luck to you, if I were you I would look at the two places I listed in my post, my 13 watt LEDs are awesome compared to the stock DRLs

Hey Im also wondering about the 88-048 LIGHT BULBs, I found a seller on ebay which offers those bulbs, housings and wiring harness....just want to know if you have any pictures of what the bulbs look like. I want to know if they look good for my ls

H3 smd 7.5 watt bulbs no melting the housing and look good.
