Hahaha, thank you Clint for starting my thread. And thank you again for all you did to help with the install.
YES, it is DONE, after three and a half long years of hard work and saving, I now have a FI V6 Camaro!!! This was not an easy decision, I scanned the forums like a hawk (troll) for all the V6 FI news I could find. I ended up going with the proven kit from IPF, and am very happy with the results. The car is very quit inside, I currently have all stock exhaust. In the next few weeks I'll have a set of Stainless Steel Works Long Tube Headers installed, got for a great black Friday deal BTW. So I'm excited to see how that affects the sound. The BOV is beautiful not only the look but the sound! I needed to change my pants so many times on my way home from school tonight it was AMAZING! For those of you wondering about the power, well it's all there! First gear, both lights on(no nannies) cruising at like 15 mph, flor it and she just lights up the tires! And I have Nitto NT555's!! I guess it to the Nitto NT555R's now lol. We (my installer) will be putting her on the dyno next week prob Thursday. So I'll get you some numbers. Same dyno all stock she put out 239hp to the wheels. But it's a Mustang so if you factor that generally they read 5-10 HP on the low side than 244-249 at the wheels stock is not bad. I know all most of you guys care about is the 1/4 mile times, but I don't really care about that. Now lap time is some thing else but she is my daily so I'm not really tracking her. I may or may not at some point go to see what she'll do in the 1/4 but prob not till I'm done with the build. Haha done.
If your in the south Fl region and want to see the car PM me. Im happy to show her off. And if you need an install, my installer did a stellar job just hit me up if you want his info. Attachment 446901
