I just noticed something about the 2014

Where is the front license plate going to mount?

Squillo 05-02-2013 10:36 PM

On the bumper...

Hitman84 05-02-2013 10:55 PM

holes can be drilled in the smallest of places

Obviously, but where on that narrow ass bumper will it fit?

On the top center of the larger lower grill flat surface section that some people were wondering why it was flat compared to pointy upper bumper region, some thought it was a mismatch of parts.

Dead center, off to the sides, whatever. Who cares?

Squillo 05-02-2013 11:12 PM

They'll probably mount it dead center and cover a portion of the lower grille

wgaf front license plates look bad anyway imo

GraySS2011 05-03-2013 08:19 AM

When I purchased my 2011 last year I did not want holes drilled into the bumper, so I had the dealer install a license plate bracket. It connects underneath the front spoiler.

obvioulsy under the nose, on the flat center portion of the lower grill.

No license plate, here in illinois at least the police could care less, and most will understand why you WOULDN'T want to drill holes in such a beautiful car:) keep the brackets and crap in the trunk along with a front license plate, incase a cop does give you a hard time, you can tell him your on your way to do it! :D
