AAC 30" RGB scanner and remote PROBLEMS
 

Okay i just received my 30 inch RGB and mounted for the light can be reflected by the radiator but your really cant see it during the day like the pictures only when it gets dark, i don't know if all of them are like that or what? and another for AAC hope they see this, after 2 days of having scanner i tried using the scanner again and its not the black one as soon in the website its a brown looking one but it still worked for a day and the remote went to S!!t so i thought it was just the batteries so i bought 2 separate batteries for the controller and nothing comes on not even the light on the remote. What can i do to get this problem resolved?
