whats the limit on dry nitous system on a ls3

i am debating wet or dry system

i only need to do like a 125 hit

dry is a much easier install
dry is much easier to hide

wet is what i have run before :pop2:

thanks david

I prefer wet kit (I like my Zex). With a wet kit and a Lingenfelter LNC2000 and a wideband, you don't need a tune, you can tune it yourself. It won't change your tune when not spraying. And you won't need bigger injectors like you will with a dry kit. Zex isn't easily hide-able with the NMu box but it makes a nice clean install.

Not sure how much to trust it as I never had one, but someone makes a dry kit in which you spray before the MAF and it then adds fuel because it "sees" the nitrous. Not sure how timing would be controlled with that, maybe still need the LNC-2000? I think you can go up to a 100 or 125 shot. You would have to check all that out.

SO NOBODY KNOWS
MY LAST CAR A 2010 SS IT MADE 585 WITH A 100 SHOT WET

All depends on your fuel system. I have a squash and id850s. I sprayed a 125 dry shot on mine without a problem

Wish I could help you more but I never ran a dry kit.

What fuel system and injector upgrades, if any, are you planning? How will you control timing?

I use hptuners
I was thinking stock everything on fuel system

I honestly think you need a BAP at a very minimum. ZL1 pump and ADM FPCM to be safe. I also think you need bigger injectors to run a dry kit but I'm not sure exactly where they max out. Bigger injectors are for sure a safety margin on our returnless systems.

I will call them tomorrow

I have a 1le so I should have the zl1 pump already
really just fishing for a combo

I ran 2 different wet kits on my 10
and just did a 2 stage plate on my buddies 10 Camaro with standalone system with a 150 and a 100 on stock motor

I really love my Zex kit and LNC 2000. Tuned the spray myself. I have the ZL1/ADM combo with a MSD BAP and fuel crossover line upgrade. I spray a 125 shot (takes the 175 fuel jet due to the increased power from the intercooling effect) into 13 psi boost and I haven't yet seen fuel pressure drop. Sure I'm close tho.

Honestly if you are experienced with wet kits, stick with what you know and use your experience.
