Hurst Shifter (NOT A QUESTION ABOUT THE NON EXISTENT OPTION)

Since we obviously aren't geting the Hurst option anytime soon, and I'm sure you won't be picking them up from GMPP till they start putting them on the production line.... Any word from Hurst as to when the Billett Plus (the regular off the shelf consumer version) will be available for the Camaro? Usually the build quality is nicer than the version they provide for OEM use...

Great Minds and all that, I was thinking the exact same thing. I don`t feel like potentially waiting till fall, and the quality might be better, and I bet it would be cheaper too!

I`m gonna fire off an email...................

When it was available in the past (SLP) the version for GM production was stamped aluminum, while the aftermarket piece was Billett Aluminum (hence the name) and built like a piece of jewelry. Same design and components though. Probably functionally the same.
