Photos from Torq and Camaro5 Members @ SCCA Autocross!
 

This weekend we went to the SCCA Autocross event at the Bank Atlantic Center here in SoFlo, we posted an invite HERE and will be posting invites before every event we attend! Autocross is a great way to learn how to drive your car, and a lot of fun competing against yourself. It also very affordable compared to road course events and you can have fun regardless of mods.


I just wanted to share some of the photos and will be posting a video as well from the event once I get it edited. We all had a blast, everyone in our group of customers and friends did an awesome job and learned a lot!

How did the Camaro do with the HUGE wing compared to the others?

Yup, I used to own a Dodge :thumbsup:

He did pretty good, I think he came in 2nd in SM class. Obviously the wing does nothing for the autocross, but the owner built it more for road course driving where the wing will actually increase downforce and help.

Great pics! It was a lot of fun and I was better prepared for the heat this time, although the big shade trees help a lot. Looking forward to next months, the last rumor I heard was they were leaning toward PBIR.

Thanks man! Your car was running great out there and looked good. Personally I enjoy BAC more because of the elevations and whatnot, but PBIR is a little faster which is really fun as well. See you there! :w00t:

I agree completely. For me PBIR is a little closer but I really enjoyed the layout at BAC last weekend.
