Seat Belt Creaking / Squeaking?

I have about 8000 miles on my car now and my driver side seat belt squeaks and creaks obnoxiously. Its really really bad, ive never been in any car that is so annoying. Is anyone else having this problem?

I brought it to the dealership they said they will try the part of the belt that connects with the seat.

yes, that is the part that is creaking. If you haven't tried to pin point where the creaking is coming from, next time you drive, just hold the seat belt receptable with your left hand, kinda push if away from the seat so it is not rubbing, and the noise will stop.
