c-16 with o2 sensors? is that ok?

It's kind of a necessary evil at this point. Long term it will burn out the O2 sensors. Ill will just add changing two sensors to the yearly overhaul of the car. It's really no big deal.

You'll like the ERL.. I have JE pistons, and they are coated... Glad progress is being made..

The only question is the lead time. A few weeks and Ill have to think about it. Any more you can forget it.

We've done it bunches.... we only run the primary o2 sensor though, no cats.... I'll say that blowing up turbos is harder on them than c-16

the 02 sensors will last a year, even with all of jamies street driving?
I would love to use c-16 instead of the Sunoco unleaded race fuel if the o2's last long.

This car will get steer driven about 100 miles a year. Last time I checked it was a bad idea to cram a car seat between the roll cage bars. So unless Im solo, and with a new born that'll be doubtful, it'll collect lots of dust.

Forget C16 guys use the new Shell URT Advanced unleaded gas.

It is just as good as C16 if not better and because it is unleaded will not kill your 02 sensors or cats.

Specifically, this one :D

Jamie, get those pistons gas ported, it'll help with you also spraying nitrous.

And swap the rods out. Eagle aren't the best anyways and after you take a hit like that I wouldn't chance it. Get you some Callies.

Teds ordering parts today and upgrading wherever he can.

No ERL block. 6-8 weeks out and that's then saying it so it'll be longer. Going with a new GM 376.

ERL is kinda overkill, your car for some reason can run 9s with less than 800 wheel, you wouldn't even push that ERL. If you did you might run 7s

That's pretty much what Ted said. Unless we were building an all out engine and looking to hold 1500 HP we didn't need it. My motor didn't give up just hurt by an accident. Besides the pistons and rods it was stock. That along with a few upgrades will happen again.

There aren't any plan to make more power. Close to 800 rwhp is enough.

Sounds like a solid plan, just changing that nitrous controller will be a huge upgrade.
