For Sale: Stock LS3 M6 Shifter

Hello All,

I just took the shifter out of my vehicle today. It has 13,000 miles on it. I don't need it any longer since I installed the GM factory Hurst shifter. What is this worth? Is anyone interested?

Thanks,
Gene.

It retails for over $750 and we can get it down to about $495.

Not recently. The part number has changed and has gone up a couple of hundred dollars. I paid the new price for mine.

thats the aftermarket 44% throw reduction Hurst.
The GM hurst is a 22% throw reduction with the factory Hurst shift knob and boot
completely different. Do your homework before bashing someone on here
$495 is a hell of a price for that shifter!

Not bashing brother. Just ignorance on my part!! I never knew that GM used a completely different shifter. Please forgive me.

No worries, I just know that price from Gene was a heck of a deal.
The Gm shifter is less of a reduction than the aftermarket. I and I beleive he liked the 22% reduction over the 44% reduction. Just personal preference. its still a Hurst shifter, just more geared to cover more driving tastes than the aftermarket.
Highly thrilled with the GM version, plus I got the factory boot and knob which I like too.
Although maybe swap my t handle in some time :D

Yes, there is a GM version. I am a GM man and I am not a fan of the aftermarket Hurst look. I wanted the factory look setup so I went with the GM Hurst. As nomadicdogg mentioned, you can get a GM Hurst shifter boot and I wanted that as well. I will post pics when I get my console all put back together. I got my whole upper console, 4 pack gauges and 4 pack gauge bezel painted Inferno Orange.

Hopefully I'll finish my backsplash fix in the kitchen tomorrow morning and I'll work on the vehicle in the afternoon.

Holy heck. Words cannot describe what these parts look like installed. I'm going to take good photos outside when the weather is a little nicer. These parts rock!
