Who from Louisiana is going? What day are you leaving and where are you staying? My plans changed and now I can go!! It'll be my first fest!

Here is the meet spot for 9am Thursday morning: The easiest place for us all to meet would actually be just pass Baton Rouge. Not really good place in town. We can meet at exit 151, LA415 Lobdell, first exit after you cross the bridge. 9am We can meet at the exxon gas station on the right off the exit.

Ill be there. Havent decided what time, etc. But I know we should have a big group.

Leaving Thursday morning out of Livingston Parish/Baton Rouge, staying till Sunday.

Comfort Suites if I recall.

In a perfect world those from New Orleans could meet with the folks from BR and roll out from there. Maybe pickup the rest near Lafayette or out towards Lake Charles.

Great I can leave Thursday morning anytime ya'll want! I'm staying at the Econo Lodge Inn. I live in Gonzales so I can meet where ever ya'll want. I think somewhere in Baton rouge would be a good meet place.

When I went to the last fest, the group I met up with had 6 or 7 scheduled stops at certain places along the way that they put beforehand on C5.

That way, anyone from anywhere could be at those stops at that time and join in.

The local club tends to meet at Bass Pro in Denham for the BR crew but it takes so many stop lights to get out on the road you'd split the group to pieces. I've been putting some thought towards places where you could offload a lot of cars with minimal traffic aggravation.

Edit: Leaving on a weekday morning would be a cluster anyways, lol. Work day for non Camaro owners.

We going, leaving Golden Meadow, but we will be driving hwy 90 to Lafayette then I 10, hopefully we can get situated with the groups East of us to cruise in together.

We can have a designated stop somewhere along I-10 around the Lafayette area for anyone coming HWY 90 from New Orleans and anyone who lives in and around Lafayette. And we will definitely need to trade cell numbers so if anyone gets lost, they can find the group...

Anyone have any ideas for a meeting spot in Lafayette along I-10? Possibly here: https://goo.gl/maps/OwpX7 next to Target, Office Depot, and Petco?

I'm working in Baytown and booked at Comfort Inn but I also have my camper a few miles west in Highlands. I haven't decided where I'm staying just yet but I'll meet everyone.

Please be careful when CAROVANING. Speeds can get out of hand when you’re trying to keep LOTS of cars in a parade. Remember YOU are not JUST the only people ON the road. I speak from experience seen busted bumper in Indy from a group that had an accident: (Also the cops will be watching in and around the event area. just a word to the wise. Keep the speed for the RACE TRACK: 0 Just a word of caution from a brother C5'er who cares!

Them smokeys keep a good eye on ya when they hear of a group of hot rodders on the freeway, be careful, especially between Beaumont and Baytown. They hide everywhere. lol

I am getting there wednesday and staying at the east laquinta ...

We at Comfort Suites and we will be leaving thursday, I think, I'd like to be there for 3 or 4 PM, it's 5 to 5-1/2 hrs from Golden Meadow, it takes 2 to 2-1/2 hrs to lafayette

We will probably leaving out on Wednesday to be there first thing Thursday morning for vendor setup. We hope to have a ton of cars out there. Especially Lethal Racing customers!

Well I got my car running last night!! An you know I'll be out there supporting Lethal!! I need to come see ya'll to finish up a few little things.

Cajun Camaro Club has someone coordinating the meeting spots along I-10 for the club...I'm coming from Alexandria and will be meeting the group in Lafayette

Hey Nick... We're leaving Petal, MS around 8 on Wednesday... Hope to be in Slidell by 9 to 9:15 then Baton Rouge by 10:30 and then Lafayette by 11:15 to 11:30... So that will be 2 Lethal Racing cars... One you haven't done yet... It's supposed to be there on the 21st... So anyone wanting to let us in, let us know....

Stop by the shop. We will be leaving around that time also!
