Hood Open alert on dash screen

Has anyone had a problem with the sensor alerting that "Hood is open" even know I have slammed the hood shut several times? Did you bring to the dealer?

Looks like I will have to bring the car in? Always the stupid little things..

Had to have a new latch installed bad sensor...3 hours at the shop...they did service bulletin updates while there....
