to anyone that has put the ground effects on their car...not sure if you have to remove the small black spoiler under the front bumber and if you do not sure if you have to reuse the black plastic bolts and nuts but if you dont and if anyone still has them i am in need....I was coming out of my road last sat. and rounded a corner and bam there is a deer in the road cant go into the other lane as a car was coming going to fast to lock up and cant hit the guard rail so only choice run over it..so it riped off the small black spoiler off the bumber. I have the spoiler but only have 3 of the 16 bolts and nuts. I go to my dealer and they want 3.50 for each part meaning 3.50 for the bolt and 3.50 for the nut so thats 7.00 times 16 plus shipping they want like 130.00. dont want to spend that much so i was hoping someone on here might have them. and before everone asks i was also thinking about using someother type of plastic bolts but these bolts are the type that come off under this type of thing as it saved my bumber you would have to see them to understand. anyway if someone has any of these please send me a pm and i will make you a offer for them i am posted a pic of the bolt and nut so you know what i am talking about thanks again for anyones help.

just an option...run to your local hardware or paint supply store that has a good selection of hardware and find something close to the size, length, and use washers for the larger surface area clamping. Since none of these are visible unless you are under the car, you can improvise and save tons of $$$

do they have a part number on them? go to gmpartsdirect and see if they carry them.
or do an online search for automotive plastic trim retainers

Old thread, I know....but for those interested, I just bought nylon bolts, nuts and washers that work for around 12 bucks from Home Depot. I'm sure Lowe's would have the same.

Just a FYI
GM part no. for bolt is 11610747, nut is 11610748
Car-pak.com no. for both is 99-8867
These numbers are good for my 2014 RS.
You can find them for less than $1/ea in packs of 10 or 15.
I know this is an old thread but it took me a while to find the info.
Hope this helps someone.

Go to Lowe's and buy some nylon bolts and wing nuts. They are white and cost the same for 10 sets as Chevy wants for 1.

That's exactly what I did for mine.
