Weird hooking problems...

I just got my car today, and I cant seem to get a good 0-60 run because Im getting wheel-slip, but I don't hear it? My windows are down and radio off and I can feel the wheels slipping and I see the marks afterwards but its not making a sound. Am I deaf?

No, it's just quiet. These pirellis are ninja tires. They whisper at the pain when mere mortal tires would be screaming bloody murder

Clutch and throttle control my friend..how are you launching? Wheel-hoop is a drive around solution

okay,i tried my launch control this weekend and i thought i was doing something wrong,i did just as owners man. states..pedal to floor and let off clutch, but, when i let off the clutch,it did'nt move off the floor and i could smell the clutch, rpm's hit about 5200...was it supposed to do that?...the car did not move it was like it was hard on the brakes...needless to say i did not try it again,i was afraid that either the engine was gonna blow or the clutch was gonna burn out....HELP!!!!...never had a car with launch control

With seeing the issues with launch control I would just skip it. The magazines said they got better 0-60 times without it.

I did lauch control with 50 miles on my car. Holy ***t, it hauled a**:confused0068:. I bought the warranty, so I figured, if I break my squeaky they can fix it.
