Over the weekend I added the retrochamber catback to my SW 1 7/8 headers with no cats..... and all I can say is :happyanim: Here is a quick review and I'll post clips later as I dropped the car off to have the exhaust welded:

PROS

• This setup is unbelievable my car finally sounds as badass as it looks
• There is no drone or resonance at any RPM even with an A6 car.
• It had a deep rumble and without the boom that I have heard in some of the Borla and Flowmaster systems.

Cons

• The install can be a bit tedious when using jackstands as the system has multiple connection points and 12 clamps. No biggie but easier with a lift
  
• I chose to weld a few of the connection point to keep everything aligned.

Overall this system get a 10 for quality and sound :respekt:

I have the same setup with ARH headers. Definitely sounds awesome!

Thanks guys... I actually dropped the car off this morning to have a few sections welded it was necessary but I am a perfectionist and decided to line everything up and tack the system. I'll post clips later.

I love my SW headers and s-turbo mufflers, car sounds pure evil!!!

Eager to hear what this setup sounds like myself as I have been on the fence with the Stainless Works Retro or the Solo Mach XL. Decisions decisions...

...I thought the retro (much like the ATAK) was tuned for stock manifolds and subsequently ear bleeding will follow?

It is loud with headers but not as insane as a lot of people assume.
